Korea's tourism authority has already picked its official souvenir winners for 2026.
The Korea Tourism Organization announced 25 final winners in this year's Korea Tourism Souvenir Competition, covering food, home goods, crafts, beauty, fashion accessories and stationery.
Unlike a generic souvenir guide, the official list gives travelers a ready-made starting point for products designed around Korean culture and regional identity.

The winners go beyond standard tourist souvenirs
Food is one of the strongest categories.
The 2026 list includes Jeju-style meljeot seasoning powder, Korean roasted perilla oil, gamtae desserts, traditional liquor, tea and regional salt.
The non-food winners are just as specific.
They include a Seoul magpie bag, mother-of-pearl perfume, a celadon-inspired hand and body wash, embroidered royal-pattern goods, a subway-line reflective key ring and a Korean roof-inspired craft product.
Why this is useful for travelers
Most Korea souvenir lists repeat the same products: ramyeon, sheet masks, keychains and snacks.
The official competition creates a different filter.
These products were selected through Korea's national tourism souvenir program, giving travelers a way to discover newer products built around regional ingredients, traditional motifs and contemporary Korean design.
